The private entrance to this quiet first floor room is tucked to the side of the house providing access to the back gardens as well as easy management of luggage. Two large front windows provide a full view of the ocean harbor with its colorful lobster boats and ocean breezes that flow though to the windows on the back of the building. Bright floral wallpaper and white washed furnishings including a queen size wooden bed with comforters and various types of pillows to choose from create a cheery and comfortable ambience. The attached bath has a combination shower and tub and is stocked with fluffy white bath towels and deliciously scented, locally made soap, shampoo and lotion. A large comfy chair and stocked personal coffee/tea maker, WIFI connection and in-room cable TV round out the attention to detail that makes this room so appealing.

Dorothy's Room

This welcoming, spacious first-floor room, accessed via a private entrance off of the front porch, is handicap accessible with a walk-in bathroom shower with a fold-down seat. It is decorated with warm yellow vintage-style wallpaper and has two ocean-view windows that provide cool ocean breezes and a view of the lobster boats in Prospect Harbor. A wood queen-size bed, complete with a comforter and various pillows, helps you get a restful night’s sleep. At the same time, two oversized comfy chairs provide space for relaxing while taking in the quintessentially Maine atmosphere. A large attached bath is stocked with fluffy white bath towels and deliciously scented, locally-made soap, shampoo, and lotion. A stocked personal coffee/tea maker with mugs, WIFI connection, and in-room cable TV complete the details that make this room so inviting.

Sarah's Room

Accessed via a private entrance and staircase, this large second-floor room features an ocean-view window, including a view of the lobster boats in Prospect Harbor to the front of the inn and flow through ocean breezes. A queen-size sleigh-style bed with comforters, various pillows, and beautiful vintage floral wallpaper helps provide what our guests describe as a “wonderful night’s rest.” A hotel-grade 3/4 sleep sofa allows an additional guest to experience the beauty and comfort of this quiet room. A sunny yellow full bath with fluffy white bath towels, deliciously scented, locally made soap, shampoo, and lotion, and a personally stocked coffee/tea maker create a cheery personal space to relax. WIFI connection is available to all guests as well as in-room cable TV. This room also has a private, lockable door to Julie’s room should guests choose to reserve both rooms.

This second-floor room, accessed via the staircase in the central portion of the house, is decorated with vintage-style wallpaper with tiny pale green flowers. It features an ocean view window, which includes a view of the lobster boats in Prospect Harbor on the front of the inn. Windows on the opposite side enhance the cool ocean breezes and provide a picture of the back gardens. An antique-style iron queen bed with comforters and various pillows helps provide what our guests describe as a “wonderful night’s rest.” This, along with comfortable chairs for sitting and reading and a large attached full bath stocked with fluffy white bath towels and deliciously scented, locally made soap, shampoo, and lotion, help create a serene environment. WIFI connection is available to all guests as well as in-room cable TV. This room also has a private, lockable door to Sarah’s room should guests choose to reserve both rooms.
